Paul's Fireplace Wood Inc. has over 20 years experience supplying the Twin Cities Metro area with a premium firewood. We are family owned, licensed, insured, and OSHA compliant. We deliver to residential locations and also many restaurants throughout the metro area.
We do not sell tree-trimmed wood or diseased firewood. The state-land cut logs we use for firewood come from DNR (Department of Natural Resources) sites. This means you will receive good burning, high quality firewood.
We have hardwood firewood, which includes oak, birch, maple, and our hardwood specialty woods are cherry, apple, hickory, and mesquite. The firewood is 15-16" in length and has a quarter split. The firewood has a 1 1/2 to 2 year dry. The mix of firewood for residential use contains oak, birch, and maple. If you have a special request, such as more oak or more birch, or need a different length of firewood, please call us at 1-800-FIREWOOD (1-800-347-3966) and we will be happy to assist you.
We have an excellent delivery system and helpful, friendly employees. The delivery trucks are on delivery in the Twin Cities Metro area daily. Delivery time runs approximately 1-7 days. The delivery will be in the morning and we ask if you can take delivery at 6:00AM or if you prefer after 8:00AM. We will call you the day before delivery to confirm with you.
We also sell kiln-dried kindling for starting fires, one box will start between 8-10 fires. Kindling works very well and is a great start to a cozy fire.

A WORD TO THE WISE: Many people in Metro Area are talked into buying firewood from vendors driving around neighborhoods in pickup trucks. They confuse the homeowner by calling fireplace cords "full cords."
When they stack their wood, they often criss-cross the sticks throughout the whole pile. When that stacking method is used, the wood buyer is paying twice the amount because half the wood is air space. Also, in most cases, the wood turns out to be poor quality of fresh green cut (not dry).
We do not sell tree-trimmed wood or diseased firewood. Many vendors sell diseased and tree-trimmed wood to people. You do not want to receive your neighbors diseased tree-trimmings. Be sure to know where the firewood you are going to burn came from to confim you are receiving good quality firewood.
CAUTION You must call our company phone number to place your order. WE DO NOT have sales people ("door knockers") out selling our firewood or pressuring you to buy "on the spot." :
